* Strong Experience in analog blocks design, such as
PLL, ADC/DAC, voltage reference, Op-amp, Comparator and
Linear filters, etc.
* Manage a team of 8 to 10 people in the field of analog
ASIC design.
* Understanding the principles of ADC, DAC and PLL
design.
* Understanding the principles of communication system
preferred.
* Familiar with CAD tools, such as schematic capture,

simulator), Virtuoso and Matlab system building.
